Research and development requirements of "dosage form" in flight prevention scene

  In the flight prevention scene, UAV equipment, special agents and additives are important factors affecting the effectiveness of flight control.

  Dajiang's machine is fan shaped sprinkler head, which is fixed spray pressure and fixed angle sprinkler. Its advantage is that the particle size of spray is relatively uniform, and the disadvantage is that it is easy to block. Once the solution precipitates, it is easy to block the filter screen.

  The droplet size range of the spray nozzle depends on the size of the spray nozzle. For example, the self-propelled boom machine is usually equipped with No. 03 nozzle, and the UAV is generally equipped with 015 nozzle.

  It differs from man to man. The advantage of the centrifugal sprinkler is that droplet size can be adjusted, but the disadvantage is that it is arbitrary in regulation. But experienced flying hands can control the rotation speed reasonably, adjust the droplet size, and obtain good spray quality under different weather conditions.

  In this picture, different types of nozzles are used, and there are objective differences in droplet distribution. This is a flight control test in wheat field, in which the data obtained by two models are used. Through the comparison of different models, it can be seen that there are great differences in droplet size (D50 and D90) between Dajiang and Jifei. Relatively speaking, the droplet size of polar flying aircraft is generally larger than that of Dajiang. But which is better? Which droplet distribution is more scientific? We will explain in detail later.

  In principle, we don't want the droplet size to be too small, but we don't want it to be too large. If the droplet is too small, it is easy to drift in the process of flight, or it is easy to evaporate in the process of sinking and settling in high temperature environment. If it is too large, the coverage will be insufficient, which will certainly affect the efficacy. At the same time, if the droplet size is too large, the number of effective distribution and the droplet density will be low, which may affect the efficacy. Therefore, it is not absolutely good for big or small fog drops, but it should be judged according to the weather, plant type and other factors according to the overall situation.

  Next, we will introduce the requirements for the research and development of agents in the flight defense scenario. Due to the low water consumption in the flight control scenario, there are many potential risks for the traditional preparations to be directly used for flight control. In addition, China is a vast territory, the hardness of water quality is not the same, the vast majority of flying hands are in the field of local materials. We should know that the flight control agent itself is the dilution of high concentration. When mixed with various agents, it is usually diluted at 20 times to 50 times. If the water quality is hard again, it will affect the diffusion, dispersion and stability of our liquid medicine. For example, in North China, some surface water can reach the hardness of 700ppm ~ 1000ppm, which is almost equivalent to two or three times of the standard hard water.

  In addition, the temperature, humidity and wind speed on the day of application need to be accurately measured. Even if it is later found that the efficacy is not good, we should be able to find out clues from these factors, and reasonably analyze whether the temperature on the day of application is too high? For example, when spraying at noon, the air temperature can reach about 35 ℃ during operation. Or is the wind speed too high? For example, when the spraying is carried out in strong gust weather, the solution drifts.

  Different from manual operation, there may be pilots working in rain, high temperature and night to catch up with the schedule. It may be prepared in the morning for a whole day's use of liquid medicine, or suspend the application of medicine for some reason, that is, the diluent is placed for a long time, which is a great test for the stability of the drug solution over time. In addition, the application window period is not selected properly, and there may be rain after the application. Under the above sudden conditions, how to ensure good efficacy.

  One of the biggest problems in flight control operation is that it is impossible to fly with a single agent. In this way, both the labor cost and the mechanical cost are relatively high. In recent years, the operation of flight prevention is actually barbaric. It is not from research and development to test, and finally to flight prevention application. Instead, it forms a package first and then flies first. Therefore, the mixing factors should be the factors that have a greater impact on the quality of flight control operation. These problems in the above figure should be the situations that often appear in the flight prevention practice.

  Next, take a typical rice field flight control scheme as an example to explain. In this scheme, the special anti-aircraft agent package developed by Qingyu and the special anti-aircraft additive yunfeibao are adopted.

  For enterprises with complete product lines, companies whose own products can form flight prevention packages can optimize product formulations. After optimization, the instability factor becomes smaller under the condition of high concentration dilution.

  The flight prevention package involves the barrel mixing of a variety of agents. After the traditional channel products are mixed in barrels, a lot of precipitation will be generated within two hours. After optimizing the components of the package, the special agent for flight prevention is mixed in barrels. After a long time of placing, there is only a little or no precipitation at the bottom.

  Through such optimization, the solution of the package can also do a good dilution stability under the condition of hard water. It can effectively avoid blocking the nozzle during flight control operation, and will not affect the efficacy.

  Through the screen test, we can see the difference between the optimized special agent and the conventional one. In the picture, the left side is the special agent for flight control, and the right side is the conventional medicine. When the conventional medicine is diluted at high concentration, more active components may be precipitated and filtered out.

  At the same time, in the order of dispensing, generally speaking, the more difficult to disperse the dosage form is preferred to disperse. In such a general order in principle, specific packages need to be verified before they are suitable for a large number of preparations. Especially now, many dealers need to add foliar fertilizer under such high concentration conditions, which is really difficult for our formulation developers. In such a high concentration condition, adding 50 ~ 60ml of foliar fertilizer, this is not a problem of hard water, and the highest ion concentration can be more than 3000ppm. At present, grassroots dealers have been promoting this, so we must adjust the product formula to adapt to this high concentration of dilution stability.

  The stability of the flight prevention package can also be judged from the microscopic point of view by using the multiple optical stability analyzer. After the addition of anti-aircraft additives to help it stabilize, it can be seen that the comparison between the upper and lower parts shows that the dilution stability of the additive at the bottom has been significantly improved.   In addition, it is necessary to select more suitable dosage forms for flight prevention, such as the traditional wet powder or water dispersible granule, which is replaced by dry suspension agent because of its good dispersibility, high suspension rate and good compatibility and stability in the set meal.
