Sp-27001 is a kind of macromolecular dispersant with comb structure, which is prepared by controllable polymerization technology. Based on the common structure of pesticide suspension agent, such as continuous grinding, extrusion and crushing of pesticide particles in water, and pesticide containing heterocycles, sp-27001 is a macromolecular dispersant similar to comb shape. The side chain containing heterocycles and pesticide molecules with a certain density are easy to be adsorbed, and the side chain is relatively long The oscillating blades play the role of lubrication and reducing resistance. The electrostatic repulsion of carboxylate and steric hindrance of macromolecular chain keep the long-term stability of SC.
Sp-27001 polymer dispersant with special structure is often used with Gemini wetting dispersant sp-sc29. It is suitable for high concentration SC, DF and FS, such as imidacloprid, cyanoestrobin, bromofenapyr and pyrimethanil. In addition, sp-27001 can also be used in microcapsule suspension concentrate to reduce the viscosity of the product and improve the encapsulation rate. For example, pyrethroids CS, 450 g / L pendimethalin CS, 520g / L trifluralin CS, 9% pyrazoxystrobin CS, etc.

三、 Application characteristics
Sp-27001 has special functional groups and molecular structure sequence. On the basis of the original formula, the addition amount of the original additive is slightly reduced. The addition of sp-27001 dispersant is 1-2%, which can effectively reduce water, retain water and reduce viscosity. It can be applied to high concentration water suspension agent (SC, FS, etc.). In addition to viscosity reduction, water reduction and water retention, sp-27001 showed good adaptability to some difficult to process varieties, such as terbuthiuron and fenvalerate. It is often used in combination with sp-sc29 in pesticide suspension concentrate.
